To ensure that all of my customers have a great experience,

Please take some time to go over my salon policies so I can better serve you.

Late and cancellation Policy

Appointments require a 24 hour notice for cancellation.

If you cancel before the 24 hour mark of your appointment time ,your card will not be charged. 

If you cancel after 24 hours or no show the appointment the card on file will be charged the $40 appointment holding fee. If the appointment amount is $100 or up you will be charged half of the amount of the service.

 If you are 15 min or more late for your appointment it will be canceled and considered a ​no show .if the card on file cannot be charged for any reason , you will show a balance due at your next appointment.



⌚Arrival Time: 

To ensure the quality of our services and the total enjoyment

of your experience, we recommend arriving 10 min before your scheduled appointment time

(traffic can be difficult and unpredictable ). 

Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service.

Late Policy:

If you expect to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible by calling or sending a text message .Arriving late will limit the time of your service, which may reduce your design or desired shape as well . If we are not informed and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your slot will be opened up to other clients and​ your card on file will be charged.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service with the remaining time in case of late arrival

No Drop offs

Please do not drop off a minor or friend or get dropped off for the duration of the appointment , If we need to run an errand in-between clients we would not be able to so ,due to the responsibility of keeping the minor safe until you return , and in doing so our personal appointments or errands would have to be inconveniently cancelled .

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


A child cannot sit on your lap while receiving a service.


When you pick you own choice of gel or colored powder but are not happy with it, We will gladly redo it for you after the first coat. But not after the final coated is completed and dried. There will be an additional charge if you wish to change.


Please take a moment to review your services when the job is done. If for any reason you do not like it, please ask your service provider and it will be taken care of accordingly. ​

We request that you inform us of any current injury, illness prior to any procedures or treatment(s).

If your are experiencing flu like symptoms or feeling clammy or feverish we ask that you cancel your appointment and please consult your physician to be on the safe side.

This is to ensure proper care and treatment(s) are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical challenges or issues you may have or put other clients or own employees at risk.

Our clients’ well-being is of utmost importance to us.
